Welcome

One of my goals for 2012 was to start a blog that will highlight fitness and wellness tips. There will be many topics that you can use throughout this year and beyond to stay or get healthy. Last year was full of health issues for myself or people close to me. This has inspired me to get back into the fitness profession as a personal trainer.

The real gift that you can give to yourself and those you love this year...is the gift of excellent physical health and wellness!!!
